My dog got stung by a bee. Will both eyes swell? When will it go down?

Does a bee sting affect both eyes when only one of her eye got stung, also when will the swelling go away?? I gave her two benadrys, she is eating good and seems playful. Just very sleepy now due to the benadryl I'm guessing. Pet's info: Dog | American Pit Bull Terrier | Female | spayed | 7 years old | 56 lbs

If the swelling does not resolve with the Benadryl, I would recommend having Pepper examined by a veterinarian for further treatment. I hope this helps guide you in the right direction.
