Temi sounds very ill, and he has to see a vet for this abscess. He needs antibiotics, and no I do not recommend giving him human ones as the mg and dosage will not be correct for him. In addition, it's illegal for the experts at Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to give the dose information for any drug without seeing the animal in person first. That's because doing so requires a veterinary client patient relationship which cannot be achieved via an internet forum. In addition, the experts cannot say for certain if a specific drug is safe for your cat. Finally, it's quite serious he won't eat because when a cat doesn't eat for going on 72 hours, it causes liver damage which is fatal without treatment. I would consider his symptoms a medical emergency, and you need to take him into a vet immediately. I would see if you can borrow money from family and friends to afford the vet, and see if your vet may accept payment plans. Best of luck.
