My dog has ehrlichiosis. Still nosebleeds after starting antibiotics?

my dog was bleeding from her nose for 1 to 2 minutes then stopped the 2nd day she did bleed again and i took her to the vet . she tested positive for ehrlichiosis. 3 days after starting the antibiotics she bleeds for 1 or 2 minutes . i took her to the vet agian and she told me just put ice when she bleeds and continue the meds . that all you can do now. Pet's info: Dog | Rottweiler | Female | unspayed | 3 years and 1 month old | 92 lbs

Yes, that is basically all you can do now other than only leash walking so she does not get too excited and gets her blood pressure up and gets another nose bleed. While it looks like a lot of blood is lost, there is not and your dog will be fine. Just make sure she takes her doxycycline (or other medication prescribed) for the prescribed period and she should be fine.
