What shots does my 10-month-old dog need with missing records?

My dog is currently 10 months old. The only shot records I have for him are from when he was 9 weeks old. it says he received 6 way DHLPP and wormed then about a month later it says he received the same thing again. Once he became of age I brought him to get his rabies vaccination. what other shots or vaccinations does he require? Pet's info: Dog | Poodle | Male | unneutered | 9 months and 29 days old | 54 lbs
