Is Hill's Science Diet a good long-term food for my dog's allergies?

Is hills’s science diet a good food to give my dog long term? It seems to be the only thing that doesn’t give her diarrhea. We assume she has really bad food allergies. HydrolyZed protein only worked for a while. This has been working long term but I want to make sure I’m giving snowball something of quality. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 1 year and 3 months old | 10.6 lbs
