Why is my 11-year-old dachshund lethargic and vomiting brown?

11 year of dachshund vomited yesterday and today a brown color and is lethargic. Pet's info: Dog | Dachshund miniature | Female | unspayed | 11 years and 1 month old | 11 lbs

With your description and seeing that Heidi is geriatric, I would recommend having her examined by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. I would recommend having her blood tested to see if she has any abnormal values that may be leading to these symptoms. I would also consider abdominal x-rays to see if there are any abnormalities.
