Why is my dog walking with rear forward after grooming? Is it serious?

My 9 month shih zhu is walking with her rear forward since visiting the groomer last Thursday. Is this cause for concern? Pet's info: Dog | Shih Tzu | Female | unspayed | 9 months and 13 days old | 8 lbs

Hello, sorry to hear about Bella. She may have some irritation on her rear from any potential shaving she may have had. Her anal glands may be full as well. If this does not resolve in a couple of days, or if she begins to scoot or lick at her rear then she should be seen by her veterinarian. Hope this helps and best of luck.
