He sounds like he has congestion in his chest. and he swallows a lot and is thirsty a lot. throws up flem alot

Thank you for submitting your question regarding Tank. Based on the signs that you have described, I am concerned that he has an upper respiratory tract infection. He will need to see his veterinarian as he may require an antibiotic. In the meantime, encourage him to eat and drink. You can also run hot water in the shower with the bathroom door closed. Allow the steam to build up and then let him into the bathroom. Breathing the steam can ease congestion. I hope this information helps!
