Why does my dog have red marks in one ear but no pain or itching?

My dog had red marks in one of his ear he doesn’t look painful he lets me look and touch and he’s not scratching a lot what can it be. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered

I would recommend having a veterinarian examine Paolo if possible to rule out an infection. You can always try an ear cleanser to see if this helps. I would recommend using Zymox otic cleanser, which can be found online. I hope this helps!
