Why is my puppy still sick with diarrhea and vomiting after deworming?

My 41 days old japanese spitz was dewormed for the first time last week. Since then, she has been having diarrhoea and has pot belly. There were worms seen in her poop for few days. It has calmed down now, but the diarrhoea is still going on. Today she even threw up the milk she had earlier. What can I do to make things better for her? Pet's info: Dog | Japanese Spitz | Female

Hello, Kanchi may have more than one type of parasite and/or she needs a second deworming treatment. Often times, puppies need several dewormings to completely eliminate parasites. I would also advise you to have Kanchi examined by a veterinarian and have a fecal analysis performed. Additionally, discuss vaccines and diet.
