My cat pants after playing with a laser. Is this normal or concerning?

My cat pants after playing for awhile with the "red dot". That's the only time she does it. Is that ok? Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Female | unspayed

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Yes, it is ok for Trip to pant when playing like this. Especially if she is still young. Coughing and panting when not playing isn’t normal in a cat. Have a great day!
