My dog has a spot on her ear after coming home from the groomer.

Question

Zoey has a spot on ear. Noticed it after she came home from groomer yesterday. She is also on melodic a.m. for knee. Had surgery in Feb. has been on it since. What can it be. Pet's info: Dog | Yorkshire Terrier | Female | spayed | 8 lbs
