My bird is not moving and eyes closed after bath. Is this serious?

My bird was having a bath but does not seem to be moving and is having trouble keeping his eyes open. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Male

I would be concerned that your bird may have injured himself or inhaled some water during his bath since he is not acting normally now. I would recommend taking your bird to the vet as soon as possible. In the meantime try to make sure your bird is warm and dry and if he wakes up offer him some of his favorites treats/snacks to encourage him to eat. I hope this helps.
