Is there any medication to control my dogs pylori sphincter issue

It depends on what exactly the issue is with the pyloric sphincter. Sometimes surgery is needed. Other times symptoms can be controlled with high fiber diets, medications that help GI motility (like metoclpromide), and medication to help reduce acid in the stomach (like famotidine and omeprazole). I hope this helps. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach. Best of luck.
