My dog has sensitive tummy and dairy allergies. Is Lil Plates safe?

I JUST found a wet food that Snaccs will eat. (If fed by hand or really hungry)(Blue Basics) that he's had no reactions to. He does have a very sensitive tummy and dairy allergies so it was important to find something that suited him. However, my mom decided to buy "Lil Plates" dog food for him (as well as 2 cans of blue) hoping I'll give him a "tastier option". I don't know nor do i trust this brand much to know if it fits within his dietary needs. Will this make him sick? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Small (up to 22lb) | Male | unneutered | 2 years old | 11 lbs

The only way to find out whether this Lil Plates food will make him sick is to try it out. It would be best to stick with a food that he has no adverse reactions to.
