Why is my 11-month-old low-shedding Schnauzer/Maltese mix shedding?

My mini schnauzer/Maltese mix is still shedding at 11 months old and Maltese And schnauzers are ment to be a hypoallergenic EXTREMELY LOW shedding dog breed and my pup is shedding excessively look at pic bellow it is AWFUL shedding why is this happening? Puppy fur/seasonal/ permanent. It is everywhere!!! We gut a Maltese schnauzer because they shed so little it’s not noticeable. How much longer will this shedding last????? Pet's info: Dog | Miniature Schnauzer | Male | neutered | 8 lbs

Hi there and thank you for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach to address your concern. Sam may have other breeds in him that shed if he is a mix. I recommend Krillex Shed Free Chews, which can be found online quite easily. I would try this for at least 3 months and see if this helps.
