What homemade food can I feed my dog with allergies and liver issues?

I would like advice on Layla's diet. I dont know what to feed her. She is allergic to wheat, has trouble digesting meat including fish (she gets bad acidity) and her liver is enlarged due to an undiagnosed problem (diagnosis is taking time). We live in Nepal so only home cooked food is available. At the moment Im feeding her egg whites, rice, pumpkin and carrot, yak cheese for a treat, stewed apple and a teaspoon of natural yogurt occasionally and she's doing well. What else can I feed her??
