Why does my senior dog pee and chew destructively when left alone?

My dog pees and poops on the carpet when we leave and at night . We have tried everything and she finds her way out . Metal cage-rips gums and teeth out, mesh cage chews her way out, kitchen with a gate chewed base boards has to have wood slivers removed from her mouth, we have take her to the vet many times no urinary trac infection being in her senior years ( 9) . We have sent her to day cares and she just freaks out barks the entire times and they call us to pick her up and nobody sits her. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 15 lbs
