Hi and thanks for posting on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! If Lilly's appetite has decreased, I would recommend having her seen by her veterinarian for an exam. There may be a medical reason why she is not eating very much- dental or oral disease, parasitic infection, kidney or liver disease, pancreatitis, or other causes could all be possibilities. Lilly's veterinarian may want to pursue blood work or x-rays if needed in addition to a good exam. I hope this helps and thanks for posting on Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach!

Lilly looks like a lot of fun. Many things can alter the appetite: https://www.petcoach.co/article/why-isnt-my-cat-eating/ The weight loss is also very concerning for illness. I recommend to have Lilly examined by her veterinarian. Bring in a fresh stool sample for parasite testing and the doctor may need to check her blood values as well for any signs of disease. Try to get this done within the next few days. Best of luck.
