Why is my healthy cat losing hair on the back of her ears, what to do?

My little Ploppy has some hair loss on the back of her ears (see pics) she is and always been a healthy happy cat although she does suffer from some kind of insecurity. I rescued her and she still won't go near any one but me as a rule. So a pretty nervous but very heathly cat in general. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 8 years old
