Puppy vomiting & breathing hard after vet shots. Is it a reaction?

My 5 month old puppy went to the vet today and had a fecal float test done. After she had that done she was shooken up and has been breathing very hard. She also threw up 4 times with a little bit of blood after that she had 3 shots, (rabies, DHLPP) and a anti nausea shot. The vet said it was just stress but im not really sure and I don’t know what to do. Pet's info: Dog | Beagle | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 11 days old | 12.6 lbs

Hi, thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach! Poor Scout! It sounds to me that Scout is having a vaccine reaction. Personally Rabies, Letpo (the L in DHPP) and the DHPP vaccine is a lot to give a small dog. I recommend that she go back to the vet for an exam, temperature and an injection of benadryl and steroids for the reaction. In the future I recommend separating these vaccines. I wish Scout the best!
