Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | unneutered | 7 months and 14 days old

Hi there Im not sure if I should be concerned or not but I feel like I should ask. The last 2 nights my dog has done an reverse sneeze but when he’s been struggling to keep his back legs steady, like he’s losing his balance. I tapped him on the back a few times and he was fine but should I be concerned by this Incase he does it when I’m not home?

I have not heard of a reverse sneeze causing unsteadiness in the back legs. In general, reverse sneeze is nor may in some dogs although sometimes it can indicate a problem with the nasal passages including nasal mites. Because of Ollie’s young age and because of the unsteadiness I would recommend having him seen by your veterinarian as soon as possible.
