My cat sounds like he has a snotty nose .I can see his chest rise when he breathes. Almost like it’s a struggle, but he runs around,eats and goes the bathroom without issues. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Male | neutered | 3 years and 1 month old | 6 lbs
