Is it possible that Luffy is rubbing his face and rubbing the fur around his eyes? If he is keeping his eyes closed and they are tearing excessively (which I would expect with entropion), then I would recommend having your veterinarian examine him again. Unfortunately, there isn't any good treatment for entropion other than surgery, but I'm not sure that is what is going on with him. It is common that the mucous membranes around the eyes and nose will change color in puppies as they age, so that is also a possibility. If Luffy is rubbing or scratching his eyes excessively, I would recommend having your veterinarian examine him again. If not, then you might just be noticing some color changes that are normal for him. Good luck! I hope that was helpful. Thanks for using Petco Pet Education Center, formerly Petcoach.
