My new kitten won't use litter box or drink water after spay.

Question

I got a kitten yesterday who is 10 weeks old, I have fed her 3 times a day so far with wet food however she hasn’t drank any water or used the litter box in the last 22 hours. I’ve checked around the apartment and she hasn’t used the bathroom anywhere else, so I am concerned. she just got spayed a couple days ago and got an oil in her ears for mites, so we can bathe her from my understanding. She’s lively and enjoys kneading so she doesn’t seem sick to me. How can I get her to use the bathroom? Pet's info: Cat | Maine Coon | Female | spayed | 2 months and 14 days old | 2 lbs
