My nursing mother cat has thrown up stomach bile twice today. Is this ok? Or do i need to bring her to see a vet?

Poor Callie! This could indicated several different things including a serious post-partum infection, a virus, electrolyte imbalances and much more. I would strongly recommend to have your vet take a look at her. Your vet will be able to run blood work and help figure out what is wrong. They will be able to give her the proper meds to help her feel better and are safe for the nursing kittens. I hope this helps and she starts to feel better soon!

Vomiting like that can sometimes happen if a cat has gone too long between meals, or if something cause minor GI upset. If she is again eating, drinking and back to her normal self, I would just keep an eye on her. If she vomits again, seems in distress, or other new symptoms appear such as changes in appetite, diarrhea, etc, then bringing her to a vet ASAP to rule out any issues is best.
