My bird's ear is swollen with white discharge. Does it need a vet?

Hi,my bird left ear has swollen shut yesterday and today its open but there is one small white mass inside and still a little swollen.yesterday there was white milky substance coming out which I cleaned with a Q-tip.she's acting fina,compeletly normal,I don't know if this is just a common infection that needs to get clean and will get better or if she's in danger.

Ear infections are not common in birds so what you are describing is a little concerning. I would recommend taking Tory in to be examined by a veterinarian so an accurate diagnosis can be made.
