Is my dog's homemade diet safe? Are these ingredients okay for him?

Pet's info: Dog | Belgian Malinois | Male | 1 year and 11 months old | 77 lbs

Is this diet for dogs okay? Ik that a kod of people will say I should feed him store bought food and I do add a bit of it but mostly I prepare it.Is this diet okay, should I add od replace anything and are all the ingredients dog friendly? Minced beef =around 2 cups 1 egg Half egg shell Kelp Ginger Veggies Mussels-1 mussel Carrots-around a cup Coconut oil Olive oil And how much ginger can dogs have?

I highly recommend talking to a veterinary nutritionist. They will formulate a diet and let you know what extra supplements Simba will need when on that particular diet. Www.petdiets.com is a website that have abhors certified nutritionist that can help. I don't know the cost but there is a few associated with it.
