Alright, my guinea pig has been scratching a lot, and I think he might have fleas, or something of the sort. He nibbles on parts of him, usually on the back side, and and scratches, but when I check his fur I can’t really see anything, it might be because he has too much fur, or maybe they’re too tiny for me to see. But I defiantly think he has something, because I was holding him in my arms the most, and now I have three bite marks that look similar to flea bites. What’s going on?

It's not likely to be fleas (not common in guinea pigs and you would usually see them) , it's more likely to be mites, which are tiny creatures that you cannot see with the naked eye. you will need to buy a treatment against mites, you can find those at pet shops and veterinary clinics.
