My 5-month-old puppy suddenly wakes up at night to go potty.

My 5 month old puppy who previously slept durning the night is now waking up every single night for the last 2-3 weeks asking to go to the toilet at about 2:30am. We take him out to the toilet before we actually go to bed usually between 10-12pm. Pet's info: Dog | Border Collie | Male | unneutered | 4 months and 23 days old
