Hello. My dog has a bacterial infection in his lip on his right side. I noticed a lump on the same side under his jaw. The vet prescribed cefaseptin 750 mg. Is this a swollen lymph node? And should it only be on one side? Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed Large (61lb +) | Male | neutered
