Hello, Based on the symptoms you described, I am concerned Girlie may have an infection in the uterus (blood could be from from vagina) or possibly a problem clotting her blood. I would recommend that you take Girlie to the nearest veterinary emergency hospital. She needs to have an exam, bloodwork, and an ultrasound.
