My Golden Retriever has red, itchy skin with hair loss. What's wrong?

Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Male | 3 years and 6 months old | 67 lbs

I have a male golden retriever age of 3 and half year. He is suffering from skin problem since last 2 months some of area become red and losses hair on that particular area and he keep itching on that particular area. Consaltated to vet but proper treatment not available here here. He advised some tables name Nixitral-100 one tablet daily and Geni mec -10 one tablet in a week and a ointment to apply on that area name kiskin.

It sounds like your vet thinks this is a fungal infection, given that the antifungal drug intraconazole was prescribed, however if there has been no response to these therapies I recommend some testing, such as scraping the skin to look for mites or getting a small section for biopsy, in order to diagnose exactly what is going on.
