Dog's fever gone, blood test shows Babesiosis. Is it tick fever?

From yesterday morning till today morning he had fever 104.7 Fahrenheit vet prescribed crocin and now noon he dont have any fever vet prescribed blood test where his platelets came 100 lakh and protozoa cam b.gibsoni+ but he dont have any fever now so he has tick fever or not? Because what if i would have ignore blood check up and his fever is gone like usual so then for me there wont be tick fever and i would have understand this as normal viral right.
