Why does my 6-week-old kitten bite and scratch? How to stop it?

I got my kitten 2 weeks ago he is about 6 weeks old. He always attacks me when I walk, pet him and when I sleep. He doesn't his just scratches and bites. I tried a spray bottle but he attacks me when I spray him. Why is he so mean and how can i tame him? Pet's info: Cat | Domestic Longhair | Male | unneutered | 5 lbs
