Why is my dog's ear losing hair in a big spot? Is it an infection?

SHARE Sir I want ask something that there is a dog in our locality and on his right ear there is a big spot such that it removed all hairs from that spot...can you help me by identifying it...our locality people give him very sweet food...I had check it but it had not caused through wound or mites..can plzz help me. Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 3 years and 3 months old | 30 lbs
