Why is my dog's ear losing hair in a big spot? Is it an infection?

Pet's info: Dog | Mixed Breed | Male | 3 years and 3 months old | 30 lbs

SHARE Sir I want ask something that there is a dog in our locality and on his right ear there is a big spot such that it removed all hairs from that spot...can you help me by identifying it...our locality people give him very sweet food...I had check it but it had not caused through wound or mites..can plzz help me

It's probably an ear infection, often it cannot be seen from the outside. Ear infections are very common in dogs, it is usually caused by either yeast or bacterial disease. the treatment is usually simple and straightforward, you will have to take him to the vet and get the ears checked, then a prescription ear drops will be prescribed according to the infectious agent.
