My cat's restless with dilated eyes on phenobarbital for seizures?

My cat has seizures, etiology unknown, she is on phenobarbital 7.5mg bid, her eyes are dilated all the time and she seems to always be in motion is this normal. Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | spayed | 6 lbs
