Why is my cat suddenly weak, disoriented, and having mustard poop?

Pet's info: Cat | Mixed Breed | Female | unspayed

Our cat that is 2 years old has become very weak in last three days. Cant get onto lounge seems disoriented. Does eat and drink but only if we take her to her bowl. And she has had a few little pepple poos mustard in color

Poor Shelby! I'm sorry to hear that she's having this problem. Unfortunately, these are very vague symptoms that could be caused by many different things, so it's hard to say what might be wrong without being able to examine her and run some tests. She may have some type of infectious disease, a systemic illness like liver or kidney disease, a neurologic problem such as meningitis or a stroke, or may have ingested something toxic. This does sound quite serious, so I would recommend taking her to the vet for an exam as soon as possible. He/she can do blood work or other testing if needed to help diagnose the problem and get her started on appropriate treatment.
