My budgie has no feathers around her vent. Will they grow back?

Asked question day ago no one answered so the budgie, sky is acting healthy active eating no more poop stuck to her vent but my question is should I return her to pet store because she is bald around vent or will feathers grow in with good nutrition and do some budgies just do not have as much feathers around the vent maybe this is normal for her all my other birds never had this. Pet's info: Bird | Unknown - Bird | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 11 days old | 1lb

If Sky had a lot of dried feces around her vent this could cause the feathers to stick/mat together and fall out. So if Sky is otherwise acting normal, eating well, and her stools have returned to normal then I would not be too concerned. A well balanced diet is also important to healthy skin and proper feather growth. Good luck with Sky!
