How to find my budgie that escaped from its cage 3 days ago?

Blue escaped out of her cage three days ago when she was frightened by a hand. We are so worried. We put posters up and everyday, we put the cage with the other budgies in it on the balcony in hope that she might see it and hear their voices and come back. How can we find her? If you have a local animal shelter or vet, you may ask if they've had any reports that might meet Blue's description, or put up posters at their office. Otherwise, keeping up with what you are doing may help if she is nearby.
