My dog has a suspicious growth on her eyebrow. What should I do?

Updated On September 23rd, 2025

Pet's info: Dog | Labrador Retriever | Female | spayed | 5 years and 4 months old | 70 lbs

Hi, some sort of growth has developed on my Labrador’s eye brow. Initially we thought it may be a wart or maybe just a scab but it looks like it may be getting worse and worried that it may be a bit more sinicester.

It could be local hair folicle infection or skin infection / abscess. It doesn't look like a skin tumour but it is impossible to say for sure without doing a full clinical examination. Please, take Poppy to your local vets to get him checked over and to get treatment for him. A skin cream / ointment with antibiotic would be a sensible first line treatment.
