My dog has bleeding facial wounds & swollen eyes. What should I do?

My dog has wounds on nose and outer jaw skin with swelling eyes .wounds are bleeding .Is it bee sting? How can we treat ?

It could be an insect sting, an allergic reaction, mite infestation and many other thing, each problem has a different treatment. without at least seeing a picture i could not tell you what it could be in more details.
