My rabbit's huge dewlap has a hole. Is it infected or overweight?

Pet's info: Small Animal | Rabbit | Female | spayed | 11.02 lbs

My rabbits have a really big dewlap, and I am wondering if it had overgrown? It also has a huge hole in the middle of it, and she was kind of struggling to clean her self

Usually overweight rabbits shows these problems which can lead frequently to skin infections. The hole could be a spot of infection and ideally should be seen as soon as possible. Dietary change is absolutely needed (usually a balanced diet should be made with 80-90%hay, 5%pellets and 5%greens).
