Pet's info: Dog | Golden Retriever | Female | unspayed | 3 months and 4 days old | 45 lbs
My puppy has been throwing up for 2 consecutive days only in the morning. She is absolutely fine for the rest of the day. Her bowel movements, appetite, energy levels also are normal. She had one of her vaccines on 9/5/18 due to which there is a swelling at the site of vaccination as well. Are these related? Or should I see a vet?

It's not uncommon for pups to be a little sick in the morning as they haven't eaten for a long time and bile and acid can irritate their tummies. As long as the puppy is in good form and is not vomiting throughout the day I would not get overly concerned. I would have the pup examined if it becomes a regular occurrence. Vaccines tend to cause local reactions in the skin like you describe but systemic vaccine reactions are much less common. There could be a potential link but if so it seems mild and should pass.
