Why is my dog's nail discolored, swollen, and oozing pus?

Pet's info: Dog | Bosnian Course-Haired Hound | Female | spayed | 40 lbs

My dogs nail changed colour, started growing inward, is swallen and there is puss as well. Is it a fungus infection?

Poor Tera! It certainly sounds like there may be a nail bed infection of some kind, either yeast or bacterial. I would recommend taking her to the vet to have this checked. He/she can take a sample of the discharge for testing if needed to help diagnose the problem and get her started on appropriate medication to treat it.
