Why is my kitten pooping blood? What causes it and what to do?

Pet's info: Cat | American Shorthair | Male | unneutered | 1 month and 20 days old | 0.9 lbs

Hello. I have 2 kittens Cosmo and Kion , and they are near by 50 days old. They are Totaly healthy but i found Some Blood in litter of cosmo few min. ago. What should i do for his cure. And Note that, Here tempreture is 43°-45° C So is that effect of it. And i think they ate adult cat food so i that cause? A was only drop of blood not to much. He does lot of healthy poop but at last we found Drop of blood. There is some pic attached.I know that was inapropriate but Sorry And thanks for reading.

Diet change and heat stress can both cause small spots of blood due to boewl irritation and physical stress. I would consider feeding a probiotic such as fortiflora and monitor for any incresase in signs which would indicate a vet visit is required. Ensure a constant supply to fresh water and cool/shelter
