Can symptoms include dry heave with frothy mouth, but no diahroea just loose stool in two week old puppy? No temperature. (Coccidiosis). Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Female | unspayed | 1 month and 2 days old | 0.2 lbs

With these symptoms in such a young puppy I would be concerned about intestinal parasites (hookworms, roundworms, coccidia), parvovirus or a congenital defect. I would recommend taking the young pup to the vet to be checked out. If the puppy is not eating well or is losing a lot of fluids through vomiting and diarrhea then she will most likely need supportive care. I hope this helps.
