My dog has been diagnosed with Perinial hernia, it is not large, would neutering help he is 9yrs and 5 months. Trying to not have massive surgery at his age. Thank you x

Yes, I would recommend at the least having Dino neutered. Perianal hernias are almost always due to increased testosterone levels which weakens the muscle of the pelvic floor.
