My puppy fell, no pain. Should I be concerned about a hidden injury?

My 16 week Chihuahua puppy fell and landed on his right side. I checked him for pain, watched stand, walk, jump and run he did that with any pain. Should I be worried? Pet's info: Dog | Chihuahua | Male | 3 months and 29 days old | 2 lbs

If Paquito is behaving normally I would not be worried. Even though he is small, these young guys are pretty tough. Make sure he is comfortable when you touch the ribs on the side he fell, that his breathing is normal , and that he is as active as he usually is.
