My puppy is breathing hard, sniffing, and shaking. What's going on?

my puppy it seems she is facing breathing difficultirs by heavy long sniffing follow by shaking , I ‘m fearing something wrong. Pet's info: Dog | Bichon Frise | Female | unspayed | 10 months and 23 days old | 17 lbs
